Hey Kari!  I just looked over your site for Critters Training and have to tell you – it is fantastic! I read through every word of it and was mesmerized.

First of all, the layout is so inviting. From the soft and “gentle” colors and the text is so easy to read, it kept my attention all the way through. It is so warm and guided me through just by it’s simplicity and expansion on your amazing knowledge and professionalism. Your humane and loving approach to dogs, and understanding behavior, makes me feel great about referring clients to you without a second thought.

Your kindness with me on our first meeting was amazing. I was so awkward, regardless of my own extensive training experience. Your openness and willingness and lack of judgement made me stop the inner chatter many of us have, judging ourselves harshly. My sense of embarrassment while dealing  with my new mobility device, and working on some of Frolic’s simple need for guidance was a turning point for me in accepting and challenging both she and I. Our time with you opened the door to my acceptance of my “new normal” and a wonderful acceptance of the progressive steps my relationship with Frolic – and of my own future challenges will be taking. Our training philosophy is so similar. A rare find in the dog training world.

I love recommending your services to inquiries that come to me. I am very careful and thoughtful about pointing people to trainers – I have learned that many trainers have a public presence that does not reflect positives or reward training, kindness and professionalism. Behind closed doors is sometimes different than the vision they promote publicly.
